We have a vast amount of experience in many aspects of working at height; this includes Cleaning, Maintenance, Bird Control and Safety Systems. We understand our client's needs and aim to fulfill their expectations of a leading Rope Access Company.
Buildings and Structures need ongoing maintenance. Gaining access to carry out this work has often been overlooked in the design and construction stages. Through client awareness, companies have realised that rope access offers flexibility and can generate considerable savings because:-
Highline provide the following cleaning services: Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Builders Clean, Factory Clean, Atrium Cleaning, Graffiti Removal, Internal Steel Cleaning, Glass and Façade Cleaning, Bird Dropping Removal.
Highline offer the following building maintenance services: Painting, Re-pointing , Vegetation Removal, Loose Masonry Removal, Mastic Application, Glass Replacement, Roof Repairs/Leaks, Slipped/Broken Tiles, Lead Flashings, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Repairs, Cover Meter Surveys, Localised Concrete Repairs, Installation of Christmas Decorations and Advertising Banners.
Feral pigeons are becoming an increasing problem in our towns and cities. To combat feral bird infestation, access to their nesting sites and roosting places must be denied. Highline offer a combination of preventative and reactive bird control solutions, such as a Pointing System (upward pointed spikes), a Wire Repellant System and a Bird Netting System.
Falls from height are still the major cause of fatality according to HSE statistics. Highline can install the following safety systems: Safety Bolts, Wire Systems, Ladder Protection and Ridge Protection.
A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and can include any chamber, tank, vat, silo, trench, pipe, shaft, sewer, flue, well or other similar space in which, by virtue of its enclosed nature, there arises a reasonably forseeable specified risk. Highline can carry out essential cleaning or maintenance work in confined spaces where no other means of access is practical.
When Rope Access is considered the most reasonable and practicable method of work, it is Highline’s duty to ensure that all work is carried out safely by complying with the Working at Height Regulations, and identifying any possible risks in order to produce a safe system of work.
